Improvements to participant screening:
VideoWeb/VideoWeb.Common/Models/Conference.cs: Modified theAreEntitiesScreenedFromEachOthermethod to exclude certain participant roles from screening and added a helper methodSupportsScreeningto encapsulate this logic.
