Important highlights of this commit is that I start from the epurate template. So this commit has many parts I will describe>
Changes in the .css and .html files: change colors and add academiciocons to the icon library in html to use EAFIT institutional colors.
Modifications in the skeleton to include some html sections for libraries and code breakdown explanation.
Including a bibliography.bib in the resources dir, hope we can integrate this to cite correctly in the template.
