Add inepro Metering brand assets

Proposed change

Adds brand assets for the future Home Assistant Core integration inepro_metering.

This PR adds icon files only:

• core_integrations/inepro_metering/icon.png
• core_integrations/inepro_metering/icon@2x.png

No logo.png is included because no separate landscape inepro wordmark is available. The square icon is intended to serve as the brand image for the integration.
