Pull Request Overview
This PR updates composer.json to support Git setups by allowing the dev-FRAMEWORK_6_0 branch as an alternative version for Horde packages.
- Updated version constraints for "horde/cli", "horde/exception", "horde/translation", and "horde/util" in the require section.
- Updated version constraints for "horde/test" in both the require-dev and suggest sections.
