I've been advised that the thing I need to do is talk with customers. I've struggled with it in the past. Knowing what to ask, following up and being consistent with it, and really just getting the results that I need to be getting.
So I'm running an experiment on the best advice for talking with customers. I'll be applying it to Waterstone, my SAAS startup for fitness influencers, while curating a set of tools and information to make future startup ideas easier.
I'll be making periodic contributions to this branch. I expect to merge this in so it's more visible after note taking is done with WIP sections for the experiments.
