Feature request: ADD PMID support for websites cited in addition to DOI for published journal manuscripts

Foundational work that is in old the literature (earlier than 1990s do not always have DOIs, if they are indexed on PubMed, NCBI assigns them a unique PMID because this is required for NIH grant application work.

@bherr2, I am adding this feature request to our upcoming meeting agenda for Friday w/ @abhayrajde . It would allow him to complete ASCT+B Validation Test 5, and close this issue and #372 #373.
