I am a Technical Project Manager and experienced programmer with more than fifteen years delivering software and transformation projects across the NHS, insurance, and SaaS. I specialise in clarifying scope, planning increments, managing RAID, and ensuring predictable, transparent delivery. I enjoy shaping solutions with real technical context and working comfortably with both executives and engineering teams.
I run Findon Software, where I design and deliver products such as:
- Kribik, a modern help desk and project management platform (tickets, sprints, Kanban, timesheets, AI assisted triage, remote support tooling).
- E-PGME, a platform supporting postgraduate medical education across multiple NHS trusts, used by more than two thousand junior doctors each year.
- Client systems including CompactHR, workflow automation projects, and API integrations across NHS and insurance.
Alongside delivery work, I build and maintain several technical projects, including:
- QuantumSuperposition: a quantum inspired, multiverse style programming and quantum circuit simulation library for .NET. https://github.com/hutchpd/QuantumSuperposition
- PositronicVariables: a deterministic, time-looping variable model that explores convergence over many possible states.
I work across .NET, C#, SQL, Azure DevOps, REST APIs, integration tooling, and modern front-end stacks. I have delivered CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, discovery workshops, release governance, and technical leadership for distributed teams.
My background includes:
- Technical Project Manager and Founder at Findon Software
- IT Director at SBS Insurance Services
- Senior Programmer at Nscape and SBS Projects
- Work across NHS, insurance, and enterprise automation
- BSc (Hons) Computer Science, Loughborough University

I am interested in technical delivery roles, complex systems, and building tools that reduce friction for teams. I am particularly drawn to projects involving:
- Workflow automation
- Quantum inspired computation and simulation
- Developer tooling and productivity engineering
- Education and training platforms
- System rescue, scope clarification, and delivery acceleration
If you would like to collaborate, discuss a project, or explore something unusual, feel free to get in touch.
