PR description
This PR implements the TODO in TransactionReceipt class that suggested validating that the logs and bloom filter match. The implementation adds a validation method that checks if the bloom filter generated from the logs matches the provided bloom filter when reading a transaction receipt from RLP. This helps ensure data integrity and can catch potential issues with malformed transaction receipts.
