Major updates to the Modus SDK docs, including:

  • Split docs by SDK language, such that all APIs are documented correctly for each language
  • Add overview page for each SDK
  • Comprehensive review and updating of all existing APIs, for both AssemblyScript and Go
  • Add docs for new features, MySQL and Local Time support
  • Update the Modus change log page
  • Various minor nits

I'd like to discuss the pros and cons of splitting out languages before we merge this
