Make compliant software legible in dark mode#7

Since the `background-color` of `.compliant-software span` is hard-coded to a light color, the text needs to be hard-coded to a dark `color`, otherwise it can't be read when the browser is in dark mode due to the rules in `fox.css`. I selected the color used for the text color in light mode from `fox.css`.
