I'm Hyunsoo or call me Hank, Full stack developer from South Korea, currently living in Tauranga, New Zealand.

I have a passion for exploring new things and solving problems. I am honored to have the opportunity to showcase my skills, and I hope to continue learning and growing as a developer. I believe that staying comfortable prevents my skills from growing, so rather than remaining stagnant, I am determined to overcome my limits and actively seek new challenges with a mindset focused on continuous learning.

This project Hot Coffee was created as a final project at Dev Academy, a team of four, including myself, developed a service to help users find good coffee shops near them over the course of a week.

I primarily focused on front-end work, including database construction and loading page design. This webpage was has been designed with mobile screens in mind. However, a limitation is that all coffee shop locations are hard-coded in the database, so users can only view a few places in Wellington. This is an area for further improvement.

I gained experience in the overall process of full-stack development and developed a deep understanding of API design and database management on the back end.

This project Kes-Ke-Say was created as a teacher-led project at Dev Academy. The main purpose of this project is to allow users to write posts, join groups, and network.

This project was developed as a full-stack application by a team of six members and one facilitator. The teams focused on Group, Profile, and Post, and I was part of the Profile team.

A primary goal of this project was to ensure comprehensive testing coverage for all components. Therefore, all code was fully tested before being merged into the main branch.

This project created as part of an assignment at Dev Academy but has since grown into a personal project where I've expanded its features and scope. The aim of this project is to allow users to add their favorite birds to their personal collection.

I developed this project as a full-stack application, handling both the front-end and back-end aspects independently. My goal with this project is to continuously add new features and enhancements, allowing it to evolve creatively as I explore new ideas and technologies.

I gained a deeper understanding of React.js and improved my skills in full-stack development through this project, continuously learning and new concepts.
