iDigBio Search API version 1.1.0 - Release Notes (January 9, 2024)

Introduction:

This release introduces new protocols to increase API performance.

Added HTTP/2 support

Added compression for JSON payloads

Known Issues:

No known issues in this release.

Technical Information:

API consumers should not see any impact to their workflow at this time. Clients will negotiate HTTP/2 usage and fall back to 1.1 if unsupported.
