Create verification pages for Cincotti cases

Reason

Since the Cincotti examples are the main V&V cases at the moment, they should have landing pages for the VVR that are distinct from the thermal and electrostatic contact pages.

Design

Create markdown documentation for the Cincotti sample 1, 3, and 4 tests.

The input files should remain where they are in the tests, as the verification is based on them as they are. We can have a discussion within your eventual PR with @sapitts as to whether a symbolic link (similar to a shortcut in Windows) in another location for easy reference by the end-user is desired.
