Hotspot

When i developed this, Windows 10 had the wireless hotspot built in, however there was no way to access it through the settings menu like it is with current builds. It was a command line only tool and staying at a dorm i needed to constantly have my PC as a wireless hotspot.

So, i made a little app that uses c++ that uses console interface and relieved myself from typing the command every single day.
