Similar to the portal counts plugin, give a quick count of portals by team and level of all the portals listed.
I don't consider this duplicate functionality to the portals-count plugin, though it is similar. It's meant to be applied hand-in-glove with the portal list polygon pull request (#990), but I separated it into a distinct feature to give you folks the choice as to pull it or not.
I really like being able to get portal counts and lists inside areas of interest.
