Establish an evalutaion pipeline that can be used for the competing Harris WGAN model (see this github-repo) and the AtmoRep downscaling task. Both downscaling applications are trained on IMERG observations regridded to a 0.0833°-grid.
The evaluation pipeline will follow the evaluation strategy described in Harris et al., 2022. along with this, the Score-class will be extended by probablistic evaluation scores.
