[SUPPORT-1056] Updating links for parameters

Description

Links to the parameter documentation needed to be updated.

Once updated, areas where parameters link (ex: from our Dashboard to docs.imgix.com) should now work properly.

Checklist

• Update or add any necessary API documentation (if applicable)
