standard_cards.txt is the text file that I think you want. Its just the basic text file with names and text of the cards. The backsides of double-sided cards are indented.
There are 2 python files that I used to make that text file. getstandardcards.py downloads and creates standard_cards.json file from scryfall using its api. Scryfall includes a lot of info that you didn't want so that file is comparatively large. write_cardtext.py uses the json and extracts the relevant info write the text file.
I deleted the original file you got using ChatGPT. It only contained info from around 170 cards. Maybe there is some sort of file size limit.
