Add Maintenance Bar Kit

Adds a crate with bar supplies, some building materials, and a booze and soda dispenser flatpack which are both prefilled. Mainly made so more people have opportunities to make their own little bars without having to rely on the station maints bar.

this is a cute idea, though i feel like flatpacks might be a bit too convenient.. then again, we have a mini gyroscope flatpack crate, so maybe it's fine. i'll let this sit for a bit in case anyone else has the same concern, otherwise i'll accept it

for the shittle crate, it has a thruster and gyro flatpack, but everything else comes in machine boards- i think its okay if we make the dispensers machine boards too, especially if they come prefilled. makes it feel like more of a quest.

I changed the flatpacks to boards and changed the icon. Also adjusted the price and removed the dispenser flatpack definitions.
