Expose Ldap::sasl_bind() and LdapConn::sasl_bind() to send one SASL Bind request with the supplied mechanism and credentials and return the result and optional server SASL credentials. Callers can drive unsupported mechanisms or alternative implementations, such as GSSAPI with a pure-Rust Kerberos client like sspi. Repeat with the next client token while the result is saslBindInProgress (14).
