docs: add OAuth multi-app credential management documentation

Summary

Updates the credentials documentation to reflect the new multi-app OAuth credential management capabilities introduced in #2708.

Changes

• Added Managing OAuth app configurations section documenting multi-app support
• Added Editing OAuth app credentials subsection with warning about connection invalidation
• Added Viewing credential details section covering the app configuration display and human-friendly auth type labels
