Description

While running, sometimes leveldb was throwing Could not open table XXXX

This PR includes our forked leveldb dependency.

I starded a new Mantis EC2 hosted instance from a bootstrap DB with pruning and after a day running:

  • No errors
  • DB size seems to be reasonable: at block 4369738 and db is about 16G
