PBPK Modeling For Therapeutic Nanoparticles Loaded With Drug

This repository includes the model reproduced from the the paper and datasets from figures and the supplementary materials:

Shalgunov et al. Comprehensive study of the drug delivery properties of poly(l-lactide)-poly(ethylene glycol) nanoparticles in rats and tumor-bearing mice. 2017 Journal of Controlled Release 261. DOI: 10.1016/j.jconrel.2017.06.006

Known restrictions

  • "Units inconsistency" messages for some records: v, vrel because of limited support of fractional units in Heta. But this doesn't affect simulation results.
