GateKeeper Process

The current maintainers for this repository are listed in the GateKeeper Schedule.

Here are the activities they will be involved in:

• Review the open pull requests.

  • See PR Review HOWTO.

• Review the open issues:

  • Close them if possible, but ensure the issue really has been resolved first and then add a link to the relevant PR(s) / issues. If they cannot be closed, discuss with the assignee or ping them by adding a comment asking them if there is any update on the issue.

• Be available on IRC to help answer queries and offer advice.

• Ensure that Coverity Scan is run every day or so (atleast once a week!)

  Note: Run it even if the codebase hasn't changed (or no C files have changed) since the service may have been enhanced!!

• Help out with Releases.
