Using pyasn1 it is possible to define the formal schema for SGX certificate extensions, which leads to a more robust parser.

The pyasn1 module is also more widely available in distros.

The primary motivation here was support for RHEL-9 / RHEL-10, where python3-asn1 is not available except in the 3rd party EPEL repositories, while python3-pyasn1 is included as standard.

Previously submitted as #477 for pccsadmin, now the same change is done for pcsclient.

certificate extensions, which leads to a more robust parser.

The pyasn1 module is also more widely available in distros.
