Description of Changes
Adds tracing for the work-in-progress cl_khr_unified_svm extension.
This is still a beta extension, but it exists in the upstream OpenCL headers, so we should trace it.
Testing Done
Tested with the unified SVM emulation layer and the unified SVM CTS tests.
