Adrian Hope-Bailie edited this page Sep 7, 2016 · 4 revisions

This is a the draft agenda for meetings at W3C TPAC 2016.

This is the first TPAC where Community Groups (like the ILP CG) are meeting. The ILP CG is meeting on the morning of Thursday 22 September and again during the afternoon session of the Web Payments Interest Group.

The goals at the TPAC face to face are:

  1. Introduce any new contributors to the project and the protocol
  2. Discuss the project roadmap and how to get closer to real-world implementations of ILP
  3. Investigate micropayments and interoperating crypto-currencies as a means to acheiving 2.
  4. Technical discussion of the various ILP draft specifications.

AGENDA

Wednesday 21 September - Micropayments Breakout Session

We're planning to host a breakout on Wednesday to discuss micropayments. This is a topic we explored in the past and are revisiting as it is one that fits well with the W3C scope of work. It also doevtails nicely with our efforts to connect the various crypto-currencies via ILP as these systems are the best suited to making micropayments.
