Firmware Update, macOS and many other fixes!

Highlights of this release (long time coming) are:

• Firmware update for the cartridge from LTO
• Some fixes to jzIntv settings integration
• Enhanced support for ROM metadata
• Faster 'detect cartridge differences when connecting'
• Lots of internal updates related to platform portability

Several fixes in this release, including:

• Update to firmware version 4416 (fixes hang in on-cart menu)
• Issue #20 - Video Standards not initialized correctly
• Issue #40 - ESC closes preferences dialog
• Issue #41 - Extra prompts to connect of more than one LTO Flash! connected simultaneously
• Issue #43 - Initial menu compares on cart connect are really slow
• Issue #114 - Switching between LTO Flash! devices does not always update menu information
• Issue #115 - Menu shows device owner, not device name
• Issue #202 - ROM files with multiple dots in the name can confuse the UI (see Ms. Pac-Man.rom)
• Issue #203 - ECS ROM path does not work correctly when passed to jzintv
• Issue #204 - jzintv keyboard hackfile setting does not work correctly
• Issue #207 - Some ROMs reported a 'Year' of -1; newly added ROMs will no longer do this; existing ones keep the value :/
• Issue #257 - In exceedingly rare instances, some ROMs may be parsed to provide invalid metadata, which leads to failure to load ROMs.xml and MenuLayout.xml files
• Issue #280 - Vendor and other metadata needs to be vetted to prevent corruption (see issue 257)
• Issue #291 - Added a 'check for firmware update' command

jzIntv Integration!

You can now run ROMs in the jzIntv emulator directly from the ROM list! The installer versions (not builds from source) include the current (at the time) emulator.
A couple of minor bug fixes.

Sort Feature, Bug Fixes

Added ability to sort ROMs in a folder in the Menu Layout. Sort by name - ascending or descending.
Improvements to glyphs presented when files change between what was and is in the ROM list and menu layout.
More data included in serial port log.
More data included in software crash logs. Luckily, these reports are extremely rare!

Firmware Update 2, Small Bug Fixes

Another firmware update - again, only affecting some of the earliest units shipped from the factory.
Updated support tools (ROM conversion utilities).
Small fixes related to sync operations when files go missing.
Better tolerance if somehow a file system on the cartridge becomes corrupt. To this point, we've only been able to corrupt file systems "in the lab."

First Live Firmware Update

This release pushes the first firmware update which will only affect a few early / beta customers.
Fix a crash attempting to open manuals from in the UI. Crash happened when the OS could not determine an application to use to open the file.
