Presently the code uses a deprecated method. Moreover builds DataFrames incrementally, which is a waste of time and space.
This patch addresses both issues.
The ConcatVsAppend.pdf example gives a precise (and perhaps pedantic, sorry) explanation of the reason of this PR.
