Merge OKH LOSH into OKH v1 - Phase 2 (of 2)

As decided by the technical group for OKH over at IoPA, one month ago (21. March 2024), OKH LOSH shall be merged into OKH v1, and Helpful Engineerings wishes shall be integrated into this new version, which henceforth shall be the only OKH variant promoted by everyone, or at least these three groups - IoPA, Helpful Engineering and OSEG.

This is the second phase of this merger (see first phase: #3),
which consists really already of improving OKH.

Here a list of sub-processes, to track progress:

• Develop the Open BoM standard to a point where it:
  • fulfills the needs of Helpful Engineering (fields per item: globally unique ID, Name, URL)
  • is compatible with and plays nicely with VF - Lynn is helping a lot with this!
  • is usable by a wide range of people and their projects, which includes at least a CSV version (optional)
• integrate/link the Open BoM standard into OKH for BoM items & tools
• think about what format we need for skills (optional)
• Fix some issues
  • Redefine field: outer-dimensions #10
