Merge OKH LOSH into OKH v1 - Phase 1 (of 2)

As decided by the technical group for OKH over at IoPA, one month ago (21. March 2024), OKH LOSH shall be merged into OKH v1, and Helpful Engineerings wishes shall be integrated into this new version, which henceforth shall be the only OKH variant promoted by everyone, or at least these three groups - IoPA, Helpful Engineering and OSEG.

This is the second phase of this merger (see second phase: #144),
which consists only of the most basic steps required
for continuing to work together in on one single source of truth.

Here a list of sub-processes, to track progress - all of this is to be done by @hoijui:

• 1. prio! Create a PR, integrating OKH LOSH into OKH v1
• Merge JSON Schemas into the repo
• fix all the (repo-internal) links
• Rename files and move and rename directories,
  remove duplicated info in the file paths
  and adhere to the osh-dir-std (for the most part)
• Deprecate the OPEN!NEXT repo
• Update the README to reflect the new state of things
• General cleanup and fixes (mostly Markdown)
• Move the Wiki into the repo

Great News! I like the joint venture, it makes so much sense to go with one. Who will have maintenance responsibility and access to the final Repository?

the repo is copied over here now, including all the issues!
now I need to merge in stuff.. especially the JSON-Schema files.
Then... the other points from above!

This first phase is now done!

This means we are now ready to work on improving OKH from this single source of truth, from here on.
