This is a working Seeder.

DNS for IPs is set so we do not need to recompile for address changes.
The protocol has been fixed to correct version.
Debug entries have been commented back out (no log flood)
Docker Container has been recreated with Alpine 460MB (old image) vs 11MB Image (really light)
Added additional logic to prevent crawling Prufus Coin (for some reason Protocol version and start bits match with their chain)
