Add phpstan and php_codesniffer to pipeline
Update tests quality and php unit version
Use PSR-3 compliant logging (provided by user) to log events. Logs are separated between temporary (application logs) and permanent (legal reasons)
1.1.4 is quite updated but strictly required for PHP 7 compatibility
