Hello I am using your library. Works well, but sometimes this error takes off. All screenshots are one big mistake. We work with a lot of traffic, and this error is not even readable. At the output after calling the Api, we read and process all errors, but this error does not occur with openAI, but most likely in your module. Are there any suggestions how this can be solved. it looks like an error with asyncio to me (sorry for the long time it took me 😅 , i was locked out of github). does it still occur?
