1. Добавлен wiki блок в диагностику
2. Остатки по диагностике
3. Повышен shell timeout до 15с для слабых устройств
4. Кастом порт и путь (для айпи) для dns
5. Переводы для проверок диагностики и системных виджетов
6. Поправлена proxy link валидация убираем лишние пробелы в конце и разрешены слеши после порта
7. На диагностике если не удалось получить глобал чек или конфиг или логи - будет уведомление об ошибке
8. Поправлены стили для уведомления о некорректно выбранных списках
