Update matching in-progress DataLink update

The DataLink recommendation for how a self-description service descriptor should be written is changing, and this affects SIA because an example of such a self-description was included in the standard.

@gpdf , SIA has been replaced by DAP. So, I think, François has just asked you to submit this PullRequest in the DAP repository instead of the SIA one. The DAP repository is available at: https://github.com/ivoa-std/DAP
I think that you should be able to do that easily by adding a new Git remote (git remote add ...) and push your commit again but this time in this new remote.
