Pin the plugin API to OpenCode 2.2.1 - #393

Moves @opencode/plugin, @opencode/cli and @opencode/theme to 2.2.1 and solid-js to 1.9.17, the version in OpenCode's catalog at v2.2.1; effect and @opentui/* are unchanged. Updates the version README.md and the maintainer docs name, and the keyed session instructions trap: since 2.2.1 the plugin API types `session.instructions` and `session.wait` from the client's experimental session API, and the SDK's non-experimental path is a deprecated alias removed in the next minor. docs/maintainers/releasing.md:@opencode/plugin(peer and devDependency),@opencode/cliin the docs and@opencode/themeto 2.2.1;solid-jsto 1.9.17, OpenCode's catalog atv2.2.1.effect(4.0.1) and@opentui/*(0.7.0) are unchanged.docs/reference.md's terminal part line, CLAUDE.md and the maintainer docs. The version tables are left toscript/compat-table.tsat release.docs/maintainers/plugin-api-notes.md: every trap re-checked against the OpenCode files they cite that changed betweenv2.2.0andv2.2.1; none moves, and the HTTP routes the e2e scripts call are unchanged. The keyed session instructions trap now says that since 2.2.1 the plugin API typessession.instructionsfrom the client'sExperimentalSessionApi(refactor(client): group experimental SDK methods under client.experimental anomalyco/opencode#59072), with the SDK's non-experimental path a deprecated alias removed in the next minor.experimental.idle,experimental.schedules,/goal) is adopted.No source change: the plugin compiles and behaves the same against 2.2.1.
