The equal-pressure insole project aims to display to the user of the insoles the pressure he/she is applying on both feet during exercise. The weight distribution of an athlete during some activities might be hard for trainers to see un-aided. So, the euqal-pressure insole intends to help professionals and patientes receive real time feeback during exercize.
Real time feedback during exercize increases the quality of the training session. It gives additional information to the trainer, so they can better orient clients.
