Since SVG files are vectors, they can be scaled upwards without losing quality. This allows using one file for both the thumbnail and zoomed version. Upscaling is done to maxWidth/maxHeight/width/height/innerWidth/innerHeight. This adds two new settings: vectorRegex that determines which file extensions are vector files, and scaleVectorUp which indicates that vector files should be scaled up.
