Strange as it may sound, nanoScroller is the only plugin left in our project which still has a reference to jQuery. And we are keeping it this way since nanoScroller is the most adequate scrolling plugin I have encountered for the last years.
It would be really cool if you had a version without jQuery dependency as well. What do you think?
