FTDI232 USB to Serial converter

The FTDI232 is an USB-to-Serial converter. It is used when the microcontroller board has no USB interface (e.g. Colorduino, ESP8266 family).

  • Jumper controls 5V or 3.3V operation
  • PINs: DTR, RX, TX, VCC, CTS, GND
