Feature request: Allow creation of new chats using query params

Scope

• Add a new route /new that will create a new chat if authenticated, or prompt a user to sign in if not
• Accept query param q to the authenticated chat route, and prefill a query with that text
• Enable web search if possible
• Execute the request if possible
