Fix fixes a bug where the preview text we show in the input would overlap with the ghost text. Add condition to only show autocomplete ghost text when inputValue exists, preventing visual overlap in the chat textarea. Update useLayoutEffect dependencies to include inputValue for correct effect synchronization.
