Initial Release

This is a simple graphical user interface software for comparing two CIU data files. Inputs standard .csv formatted CIU data files, which must have the same dimensions. Provides standard CIU fingerprints, as well as an RMSD heatmap, rolling RMSD across collision energies and directly overlaid mobiligrams.
