Refactored core SDK to be able to use JPYC contracts, and updated READMEs.

This PR...

  • Refactors core SDK to be able to use JPYC contract address in addition to JPYC Prepaid
    • Developers can then configure an SDK client to use either JPYC or JPYC Prepaid
  • Updates READMEs
    • Adds READMEs in Japanese
    • Updates the original READMEs in English
