This repo contains two html templates for the standard reports:

1. Percentagem de áreas de desempenho de cuidados pós VBG alcançados por US
2. Percentagem de US com avaliações realizadas

Usage

1. Git clone this repo to your localhost
2. In DHIS2 Standard Report Module, edit the relevant report, import the template present in the cloned repo.
3. Click save.
