Init testcontainer integration tests using Ansible agent

• Ensure pipelines are executed on the SSH Ansible agent
• Tested with latest supported Ansible core version
• Fix bug found for vaultTmpPaththat was always refering to controller local path and ensure workspace is created earlier in the process
• Remove ignored tests
