  • Fix propagation of exceptions in the code. All of them should use the Runtime WinpException for now. Should be replaced by a non-runtime exception later
  • Annotate API methods
  • Cleanup FindBugs
  • Enable findbugs in Maven && fail on error
  • Make the build passing on non-Windows systems
