Since
reqwest::ClientBuilderis part of the public API throughhttpc_test::new_client_with_reqwestit is best to re-export it, so that the end user does not have to also require thereqwestcrate as an extra dependency, just to be able to provide areqwest::ClientBuildertohttpc_test::new_client_with_reqwest.
