Após executar o código, e ver o seguinte erro ocorrendo: "The server time zone value 'Hor. de Ver?o do Pac?fico (EU' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the 'serverTimezone' configuration property) to use a more specific time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support." Pude analisar que o timezone estava incompatível, e consegui achar essa solução, espero que possa ajudar outros que tiverem o mesmo problema
